What is Audience Map?

Tapcast’s Audience Map^TM is a data analysis tool that helps you visualize the social media reach of a Facebook Audience of your choice.  It makes use of color to highlight patterns in the data that can help you to better target your marketing efforts.

This visualization is constructed from Facebook user demographics and interest data.  Select one Audience from among the eligible Audiences that Tapcast has imported from your Facebook Ad Account.  The selected Audience is compared to all Facebook users (in the United States) with respect to an array of interests and demographic dimensions.  Affinity scores are derived that indicate how likely it is that members of this Audience have those same interests compared with Facebook’s general population.  Areas of greater affinity appear in shades of red, while lower affinity zones appear in shades of blue.
