In order to provide services or a marketing advance, Tapcast will need to access the necessary data from your Facebook ad account. Analyst level access will allow Tapcast to retrieve audience and ad performance data but not create ads. Tapcast values the privacy of your data and will never share it or use it inappropriately without your consent, per our Privacy Policy.
How to grant Tapcast the required access:
Note: You must be an Admin in your Facebook Business account in order to grant this access. You can identify the Admins in your Business account by the small "shield" icons next to their names in Facebook Business Settings.
1. Go to Business Settings
2. Select the Partners section and click the +Add button.
3. Enter the Tapcast Business ID (301675990172110) and click Next.
4. On the Assign Assets window, select “Ad Accounts,” your ad account, and “View performance.” Click Save Changes to complete the process.
